While Telenco store works with recognised manufacturers, you will also find products from brands developed in-house such as Telenco®, Droptic®, Eline® and TED Equipement®. The catalogue has over 6,000 items in stock, 2,800 of which are permanent, and availability information is visible in real time from the site.
Telenco store has a dedicated team, available by chat or telephone, able to answer your questions professionally and in full accordance with the experience of the technicians in the field, as well as any unforeseen circumstances that may arise on your sites. The sales team is divided into geographical zones, in order to encourage exchanges and proximity. It is available continuously from 8am to 6pm from Monday to Thursday and from 8am to 5pm on Fridays (French time).
An after-sales service is also available from 8am to 5.30pm. You can also access it directly from the online site, by filling in the necessary details, or by email, or by return form. Your request will be processed according to the contractual guarantees.

Sedentary sales representatives ensure a national presence and reactive field sales representatives intervene in different regions of France.
